Faiz Ahmad wore many hats at Bank of America before taking on his current gig as head of Global Transaction Services, a role that sits within the investment bank. He started his 25-year career at Bank of America on the high-yield desk, before working in M&A, structured finance, and as the global head of commodities sales and trading. We caught up with him at the Rosewood at the Bank of America Technology Innovation Summit in the fall to learn more about what he’s up to and where he sees the future of payments going. —Liana Baker and Katie Roof
