The Star Health Insurance policies offer huge sum insured options ranging from INR 50,000 to INR 2 crore. The policies are designed for each age group, focussing on senior citizens and females and youngsters. They offer several new-age benefits such as e-medical opinion, telemedicine services, wellness programs and rewards, which can be further utilized for availing discounts on renewals, among others. Most of the polices have a co-payment of 10% to 20%, if any individual is entering above 60 years.

As the name says, this plan by the Star Health Insurance provides comprehensive coverage to individuals and families and offers complete health protection. It provides benefits such as no capping on room charges, air ambulance cover, cover for maternity, automatic restoration, among others.

This plan by Star is specially made to provide health protection to women of any age and her family. The sum insured ranges from INR 5 lakh to INR 1 crore. This policy is available for individual females and for family floater option, where minimum one adult female should be covered along with the other family members.

This is one of the very popular plans by the Star Health Insurance in the family floater option which covers self, spouse, dependent children from 16 days up to 25 years, parents and parents in law. The sum insured ranges from INR 3 lakh to INR 25 lakh.

Generally, other health plans have the maximum age bracket till 65 years, but the Star Health Red Carpet plan ensures coverage beyond this age limit. There is no requirement of any pre-medical screening before purchasing this policy.
